This Privacy Policy explains how VideoAI ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website and AI generation services.

1. Photos and prompts you upload

Your photos and text prompts are transmitted to our rendering pipeline solely to produce your AI video or AI photo. Uploaded source files and render results are stored on temporary infrastructure and expire automatically. We do not sell, rent or share your media with third parties. Do not upload photos of people without their consent.

2. Technical data

• A random device identifier stored in your browser's localStorage — used to keep your credit balance between visits.
• A salted hash of your IP address and a browser fingerprint hash — used only to limit free-generation abuse; the raw values are never stored.
• Standard request logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) and the payment provider (Coda).
• Usage analytics via Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, buttons used, generation and checkout steps, device type and approximate location. It sets first-party cookies (_ga). We do not send your photos, prompts or contact details to Google. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Coda Payments. We never see or store your card details, Apple Pay or Google Pay data. We store only the transaction identifier, the pack purchased and the amount, so we can deliver your credits and provide support.

4. Your rights

You may request deletion of your wallet record and any associated data by emailing support.getvideoai@gmail.com with your device identifier (visible in the browser console as localStorage.getItem('va_device')).

5. Children

VideoAI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete the associated data.
