1. The service

VideoAI turns photos you upload into AI-generated videos and photos ("Renders"). Access is provided as-is; we may change styles, limits or availability at any time.

2. Free allowance

Each visitor receives one free AI video and one free AI photo, limited per browser and per network to prevent abuse. Free renders carry a VideoAI watermark.

3. Credits and packs

• Credit packs are one-time payments. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• 1 AI video consumes 10 credits; 1 AI photo consumes 5 credits.
• Credits are tied to the browser profile that purchased them. Keep the same browser (do not clear site data) to keep your balance, or contact support to move it.
• A render that fails on our side is automatically refunded to your balance.
• The welcome discount is personal, applies once and is honoured for 15 minutes after your free render.
• The "Unlimited" plan is subject to fair use of 30 renders per day.

4. Acceptable use

• Only upload photos you have the right to use, and depict people with their consent.
• No sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive or illegal content; no impersonation of real people; no political disinformation.
• Prompts are screened; abuse may lead to blocking without refund of the free allowance.

5. Your content

You retain rights to the photos you upload. You may use Renders for personal and commercial purposes, except for unlawful uses. You are responsible for how you use Renders of other people.

6. Refunds

Digital credits are delivered immediately. If a purchase was never delivered (no credits added), contact support.getvideoai@gmail.com within 14 days and we will deliver the credits or refund the payment. Statutory consumer rights under Belarusian law remain unaffected.

7. Liability

The service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, or for the content of AI-generated Renders. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
